Tryout Registration Process

Registration Process:

Note:  Tryout Registration for the 2021 season is now open!


All athletes that plan to tryout (including students that have played with Team Impact previously) must have a 2021 player registration and participation waiver form on file prior to tryouts.


Parents, we use a simple three (3) step process for tryout registration. The process is as follows:

Step 1

– Complete the Player Registration and Participation Waiver form for each child that will be trying out. The form must be completed online.

Step 2

– Read the Parent & Player Handbook. If your child is selected for a roster spot, you’ll be asked to sign and bring the last page of the handbook to the first practice.  Click here to download your copy.

Step 3

– Make sure that you and your child arrive at the tryout location AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the assigned tryout time.

There is a $5/child fee for tryouts. The fee may be paid online at the time you register the player or at tryouts.

If paid at tryouts, the fee will be collected at check-in and only CASH will be accepted.

Player Registration: A player registration form is required for each child that will tryout. The form should be completed online. Click the button below to begin the registration process.

Participation Waiver: A participation waiver is also required for each child that will tryout. The waiver is located on the bottom of the online Player Registration form.
