Frequently Asked Questions

My child has played with Team Impact previously. Do I need to complete a new player registration and participation waiver form prior to tryouts?

Yes,  ALL athletes (including previous Team Impact players) must have a completed 2024 player registration & participation form on file PRIOR to tryouts.

Why do you ask so many questions during the tryout registration process?

We collect the information so that should your child make a team, we have the information necessary to determine AAU and YBOA age eligibility, uniform sizes, etc.

Additionally, by collecting the information up front it makes the Team Parent’s job easier later on. AAU and YBOA require specific information in order to register players.

To be as efficient as possible, we collect all of the required data at the time players register for tryouts.

Does Team Impact require sports physicals for players?
